Yoga is an accessible exercise for everybody and every body type. Join us for an engaging and restorative class where you will be led by an instructor familiar with making modifications for all body types. You will leave class with a new found energy, sense of empowerment, and appreciation for your unique body. You can begin experiencing yoga’s life changing benefits at any size. Modifications given as needed. Class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat to class. Suitable for ages 16+. Pre-registration through the Oswegoland Park District required.
